1. About the app

Zavod Postiz Social is a private tool operated by Danis Latypov (the "Operator") for publishing his own content to his own social media accounts, including a TikTok account. It is not a public service. These terms describe how the tool may be used.

2. Who may use it

Only the Operator and persons he personally authorises (for example a social media assistant working on his behalf) may use the app. Access is by invitation. The app is not offered to the general public and there is no self-registration.

3. Acceptable use

Users must:

• publish only content they have the right to publish;
• follow the terms and community guidelines of every platform the app publishes to, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines;
• not use the app to publish unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content, or to spam.

4. Connected accounts

An account is connected only with the account owner's consent, through the platform's own authorisation screen. The account owner can disconnect it in the app or revoke access in the platform's settings at any time.

5. Content

Content remains the property of its owner. The Operator is responsible for the content he publishes through the app. The app does not claim any rights over it.

6. Availability and changes

The tool is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may be changed, limited or discontinued at any time. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from interruptions, platform restrictions, or changes to third-party APIs.

7. Privacy

Use of the app is also subject to the Privacy Policy published alongside these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai..
